These Terms & Conditions govern your use of millenniumnightclub.com and your attendance at events held at Millennium Night Club, 2100 Victorian Ave, Sparks, NV 89431. By using the website, joining our guest list, placing a VIP booth deposit, or attending an event, you agree to these terms.
Age Requirement
Millennium is a 21-and-over venue unless a specific event is expressly advertised otherwise. Valid, government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Guests who cannot present acceptable ID will be refused entry without refund.
Tickets
Event tickets are sold through third-party ticketing platforms (such as Eventbrite or Ticketón). Ticket purchases are subject to those platforms' own terms, fees, and refund policies. A ticket guarantees event admission subject to venue capacity, entry requirements, and the conduct rules below — it does not include a table or seating unless stated.
VIP Booth Deposits
- A $100 deposit reserves a specific booth for a specific event. The deposit is applied toward your bottle-service minimum for that night; the remaining balance is payable at the venue.
- Booth reservations are confirmed by Millennium after payment. In the rare case two guests pay for the same booth before the map updates, the first completed payment gets the booth, and the second will be offered a comparable booth or a full refund of the deposit.
- Deposits are otherwise non-refundable, including for no-shows and late arrivals. Booths not claimed by a time communicated in your confirmation (or by midnight if none is given) may be released.
- The booth holder and all guests at the booth must be 21+ with valid ID. Bottle service is subject to Nevada alcoholic beverage laws and responsible-service practices.
Entry, Conduct & Right of Refusal
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest, at its discretion, for intoxication, aggressive or unsafe behavior, harassment, dress-code violations, or violation of law or house rules — without refund of tickets or deposits.
- All guests are subject to search upon entry. Weapons, outside alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Events, lineups, and performance times are subject to change without notice. If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, VIP deposits for that event will be refunded or transferred.
Assumption of Risk
Nightclub environments involve loud music, flashing lights and special effects, crowds, and service of alcohol. You attend voluntarily and assume the risks ordinarily associated with such environments.
Photography & Recording
Events may be photographed and recorded for promotional use. By entering the venue you consent to the reasonable use of your image or likeness in venue photos and videos, without compensation. Contact us if you would like a specific image removed from our channels.
Website Use & Intellectual Property
The website's content — including the Millennium name, logo, images, and page design — belongs to Millennium Night Club or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit false information (including reservations you do not intend to honor).
Third-Party Links
Our website links to third-party sites and services (ticketing, payments, social media). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The website and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Millennium Night Club, its owners, and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of your use of the website or attendance at an event shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the ticket or deposit at issue.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Millennium Night Club and its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your violation of these terms or your conduct at an event.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision; continued use of the website or attendance at events after changes constitutes acceptance.
